Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse

This dessert requires no cooking or baking. For this reason, it is preferred by many housewives.


  • 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 170 g Frischkässe
  • 1 cup pumpkin pulp
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 TSP ginger powder
  • a pinch cloves
  • Step by Step Directions

    1. Stir the milk to the Blender to a higher level.

      Add the vanilla and powdered sugar. Place this bowl to the side.

      In another bowl, stir cream cheese until a smooth mixture is created.

      Add the pumpkin porridge, the cinnamon, the nutmeg, ginger powder and the clove.

    2. The proposed milk mixture slowly fill and continue stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

      Distribute into serving bowls.

      Decorate with some whipped cream and cinnamon. The dessert is served well chilled.
