Parmesan Garlic Butter Corn On The Cob

Piping hot corn on the cob is bathed in a luxurious Parmesan garlic butter then liberally salted in this upgraded twist on the classic corn on the cob recipe.


  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shredded
  • Salt
  • 6 cobs sweet corn
  • Step by Step Directions

    1. Wrap corn on the cob in aluminum foil and grill till kernels are tender. Rotating as needed. ~20 minutes.


      Let cool slightly.


      Mix butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.


      Slather Parmesan garlic butter mixture liberally on corn then sprinkle salt to taste.
