Low Carb Keto Egg Roll in a Bowl

If you’re anything like me with my obsessive enjoyment (ok, indulgence) of Chinese food I know that you’ll enjoy this recipe as well. It’s delicious and filling. It also makes a really good comfort food on lazy days that you just don’t want to do much of anything.
Step by Step Directions
Start by shredding your cabbage, chopping your onion, julienning your carrot and mincing your garlic. Set aside for later.
Brown your ground pork in a pot or large wok.
Add in the chopped onion and begin sautéing on low to medium heat.
While your onion is sautéing prepare your sauce by mixing your soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
Once the onion is sautéed add your carrots, cabbage, and sauce to the mix.
Cook until cabbage is slightly wilted, serve topped with green onion and enjoy!
