Healthy Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

Just four simple ingredients, perfect for all your apples that will be falling off your trees as fall gets closer. Did I mention that this fruit dip has no added sugar so it’s healthy and your kids will think they are eating a dessert?

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium pear
  • Step by Step Directions

    1. In a small bowl, stir together peanut butter, coconut milk, honey (omit if your peanut butter is already sweetened) and vanilla.

Cut apple and pear into wedges and banana into slices. Dip away!
