Clean Apple Venison Meatloaf

This turned out great! I am currently on a cleanse, so this recipes is 100% clean & healthy! I made them in a large muffin pan to make the servings exact


  • 3 lbs Ground Venison (or meat of choice)
  • 1 Large Red Onion (diced)
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple (Peeled, small dice)
  • 3 Eggs (whipped)
  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • SAUCE:
  • 1 Can Organic Tomato Sauce
  • 1 TBS Annie’s Dijon Mustard
  • 1 TBS Organic Agave Nectar
  • 1 TBS Worchestshire
  • 1 TBS Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 TBS Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
  • Step by Step Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

      Combine all ingredients for the sauce and stir well.

      Combine the meat, onions, apples, whipped eggs and oats in large bowl. Add 1/2 cup of sauce to mixture.

    2. Scoop meat mixture into muffin pan cups (fill cups to the top). Scoop 1 TBS sauce onto the top of each cup and spread evenly.

      Pop those babies in the oven for 30 minutes and enjoy! These freeze well so dont be afraid to make a large batch.
