Cashew Vanilla Cream

The perfect dip for dried fruits or fresh fruit trays.


  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 tsp. agave or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • Step by Step Directions

    1. Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup water in blender on high speed until smooth and creamy.

      Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days.

      NOTE:  If you don't have a high-speed blender to make this delicate dip, you can grind the cashews in a coffee grinder, then place the powder into your blender so the consistency will be smooth.
